The central theme of this profile of Park Shin-hye is rounded cheeks and a small lower face. We examine the visible contours and placement of the features in seven steps, starting with the overall face shape and ending with how its lines and surfaces fit together.
Step 1: Face Shape — The Outline of the Cheeks and Jaw
A round width remains on the cheeks and gradually narrows towards the chin.
Even within the large oval frame, the width of the cheekbones and chin are not the same. If you follow the speed from the widest part of the face down to the tip of the chin, you can see changes in the outline that are not revealed by length alone.
Step 2: Forehead — Between the Hairline and Brows
Part of the forehead is revealed between the thin bangs. Short hair surrounds the outline on both sides.
You should look at the shape of the exposed part of the forehead and the hair on both sides. Since the parting and bangs are the lines that divide the upper margin, there is no need to immediately interpret the asymmetry seen in the photo as asymmetry of the forehead itself.
Step 3: Eyes — Eyelid Curves and Horizontal Length

The eyes are horizontally long and the curve of the upper eyelid is clear.
The shape of the eye can be better revealed by dividing it into the horizontal length and vertical opening. The curve of the upper eyelid, the lower border, and the area that tapers to the corner of the eye combine to form a single outline.
Step 4: Eyebrows — The Lines Above the Eyes
The eyebrows are low and relatively straight, and are partially hidden by the bangs.
The visible eyebrow pieces were not drawn to form the full eyebrow shape. If you look at the direction of the confirmed line and the gap between the eyes, you can distinguish between the border of hair or props and the actual eyebrows.
Step 5: Nose — The Central Line and Depth
The bridge of the nose is thin and straight, and the tip of the nose has a rounded surface.
The long bridge of the nose creates a central line that extends from between the eyes to above the lips. Comparing the narrow width of the bridge of the nose and the rounded surface of the tip, the parts that appear as lines and the parts that appear as surfaces can be distinguished within the same nose.
Step 6: Mouth and Chin — Expression and the Lower Face
Lips and Mouth Corners
The center of the closed mouth is thick and the curve of the upper lip is revealed.
Jawline and Chin
A small chin and smooth jaw line lead to round cheeks.
In a closed mouth, the curve in the center of the upper lip and the curved surface of the lower lip can be examined separately. Comparing the horizontal width of the lips to the width of the tip of the chin reveals how small lines and large outlines are placed within the lower face.
Step 7: Overall Balance — Rounded Cheeks and a Small Lower Face
In Park Shin-hye's face, the roundness of the cheeks and the relatively large curves of the eyes appear together. Comparing the width that decreases as it goes down to the chin and the line around the mouth, the contrast between the volume of the middle face and the small lower face is revealed.
