The central theme of this profile of Moon Jeong-hee is long eye contours and a soft lower face. We examine the visible contours and placement of the features in seven steps, starting with the overall face shape and ending with how its lines and surfaces fit together.

Step 1: Face Shape — The Outline of the Cheeks and Jaw

It has an oval shape that leaves a round width on the cheeks and gradually narrows towards the chin.

Even within the large oval frame, the width of the cheekbones and chin are not the same. If you follow the speed from the widest part of the face down to the tip of the chin, you can see changes in the outline that are not revealed by length alone.

Step 2: Forehead — Between the Hairline and Brows

Thin bangs cover the forehead, with a small space visible in between.

In compositions where the forehead is exposed, you can see a wide area extending from the hairline to the eyebrows. Comparing the direction of the upper curve and the lower eyebrows makes it clear what lines surround the upper part of the face.

Step 3: Eyes — Eyelid Curves and Horizontal Length

The eyes are horizontally long and the curve of the upper eyelid is clear.

The shape of the eye can be better revealed by dividing it into the horizontal length and vertical opening. The curve of the upper eyelid, the lower border, and the area that tapers to the corner of the eye combine to form a single outline.

Step 4: Eyebrows — The Lines Above the Eyes

The eyebrows are partially hidden by the bangs, and the exposed ends continue gently.

The visible eyebrow pieces were not drawn to form the full eyebrow shape. If you look at the direction of the confirmed line and the gap between the eyes, you can distinguish between the border of hair or props and the actual eyebrows.

Step 5: Nose — The Central Line and Depth

The bridge of the nose is long and the tip of the nose is small and round.

The long bridge of the nose creates a central line that extends from between the eyes to above the lips. Comparing the narrow width of the bridge of the nose and the rounded surface of the tip, the parts that appear as lines and the parts that appear as surfaces can be distinguished within the same nose.

Step 6: Mouth and Chin — Expression and the Lower Face

Lips and Mouth Corners

The upper teeth and thick lower lip can be seen in the smile with the mouth slightly open.

Jawline and Chin

The jaw line comes together smoothly, leaving a small rounded surface at the tip of the chin.

When the mouth opens or the corners of the mouth rise, the width of the mouth and the space left up to the chin also change. If you look at the raised position of the cheeks and the tip of the chin together rather than just the lips, you can see the process by which a smile changes the ratio of the lower jaw.

Step 7: Overall Balance — Long Eye Contours and a Soft Lower Face

Moon Jeong-hee's long eyes appear with a clear curve of the upper eyelid. If you look at the outline that gently gathers from the cheek to the chin and the slightly open mouth, you can see that the long continuous lines and the rounded sides are placed within one face.
